Winterfest & Craft Fair billboard

The Winterfest & Craft Fair in Parksville, BC needed a billboard to support their event. Their existing marketing materials used a signature Celtic snowflake, so I decided to emphasize that by texture mapping the snowflake onto a huge, single 3D ornament that dominates the design. The ornament was created by my friend and expert 3D artist (among other skills) Dale Shulz of Nanaimo. The text used in the print materials was not suitable for a billboard, so I chose a bold and very readable font. This billboard is very visible and readable from over a mile away.
